Terms of Service - Commission terms

These terms apply whenever you commission illustration, branding, photo editing, or merchandise work from ILUZTAR Creative Studio ("ILUZTAR", "we"). By sending a brief and paying a deposit, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services covered

• Anime-style digital illustration — character sheets, scene compositions, and original character designs.
• Graphic branding — logos, visual identity, brand kits, and social media assets.
• Photo manipulation — retouching, compositing, and headshot enhancement.
• Merchandise & print — stickers, pins, apparel, and keychains, produced through trusted third-party print partners.

2. Commission process

Every project follows the same path: initial brief and free consultation → quote → sketch and approval → lineart, coloring, and finishing → final delivery. We share progress along the way rather than disappearing until the deadline.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is estimate-based and confirmed in writing (chat or email) before any work begins — final price depends on complexity, composition, and any add-ons agreed during the quote. A 50% deposit is required to start work, with the remaining balance due on delivery. We accept bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, and international payment on request.

4. Revisions

Each commission includes a set number of revision rounds, specified in the quote. Revisions requested after that are billed at a small additional fee. Revisions to the agreed sketch/composition are much easier (and cheaper) than changes requested after final rendering has started — flag changes as early as possible.

5. Delivery & file formats

Finished work is delivered in whatever format the project needs — PNG (transparent background), JPG, PSD, AI, or PDF — with high-resolution exports included by default.

6. Usage rights & portfolio display

Once fully paid, you're free to use delivered artwork for the purpose agreed at commission (personal use, commercial use, print, etc. — whatever was scoped in the quote). ILUZTAR retains the right to showcase commissioned work in our portfolio and social media unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project starts (common for confidential brand work or private commissions).

7. Merchandise & third-party printing

Physical merchandise (stickers, pins, apparel, keychains) is produced through third-party print partners. We coordinate the order on your behalf, but production timelines, shipping, and physical print quality are ultimately handled by that partner — we'll flag this clearly before you commit to a merchandise order.

8. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel a commission before sketch approval for a partial refund of the deposit, minus any work already completed. Once final rendering has started, the deposit is non-refundable, since that time and material is already committed to your project.

9. No AI generation, ever

Every commissioned piece is hand-drawn or hand-edited by a real person, start to finish. We may use AI tools internally for brainstorming or drafting client replies faster, but never to generate any part of your artwork. If it has the ILUZTAR name on it, a human made it.
