Commission Guide: What to Expect

Commissioning artwork can feel intimidating if you've never done it before. Here's exactly what to expect when working with ILUZTAR, start to finish.

The Process

1. Initial Contact & Free Consultation — tell us what you need, no obligation
2. Quote — we confirm scope, timeline, and price in writing
3. Deposit — 50% down payment to start the work
4. Sketch & Approval — rough sketch sent for your review before we go further
5. Production — lineart, coloring, and finishing, with progress updates along the way
6. Delivery — final high-resolution files in your preferred format

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is estimate-based and confirmed before any work begins — it depends on composition, completion level, and any add-ons you choose. We ask for a 50% deposit to start, with the balance due on delivery. Bank transfer, GoPay, and OVO all work, and international payment is available on request.

Revisions

Every commission includes a set number of revision rounds, agreed on in the quote. Changes to a sketch are quick and free within that scope; changes requested after final rendering has already started are billed at a small additional fee, since that stage takes meaningfully longer to redo.

File Formats

You'll get whatever your project actually needs — PNG with a transparent background, JPG, PSD, AI, or PDF — with high-resolution exports included by default, no extra request necessary.
