FAQ

Questions, answered

Can't find your answer? Reach the school office — we usually reply within one working day.

How do I register a new student?
Registration is done online through the Admissions menu on this site, then you complete the documents (birth certificate, family card, and photos) at the school. The committee will contact you to schedule the observation and parent interview.
When does new-student admission open?
The first wave opens every November and the second in February, or until each level is full. Exact dates are announced on the Announcements page and the school's social media.
Is there an entrance test?
There is no academic pass-or-fail test. For SDIT, SMPIT, and SMAIT there is a learning-readiness and Qur'an-reading observation, used for class placement and support, not for rejection.
What are the fees and can they be paid in instalments?
A full fee breakdown (enrolment, monthly tuition, and activities) is given at re-registration. The enrolment fee can be split into up to three instalments, and assistance is available for certain circumstances via a request to the foundation.
Is there a school shuttle service?
A pick-up and drop-off service is available for several in-city routes, billed separately from tuition. Seat availability and routes can be checked with the front office during registration.
What is the policy on student phones and devices?
Students do not bring phones into class. If a phone is needed for the commute, it is left with the homeroom teacher during school hours and collected at dismissal.
Are SMAIT graduates prepared for university?
Yes. From grade 11 students choose a study track (MIPA, IPS, or Language) matching their intended major, and grade 12 adds structured coaching for the SNBP, SNBT, and independent-admission routes, including mock tests and portfolio guidance. The first cohort (2025) placed 34 of 36 students in state universities.
