    Brief & Quote

    Tell us what you need. We'll confirm scope, timeline, and price via Telegram or email.

  2. / 02

    Sketch & Approval

    We send rough sketches for your review. Revisions are welcome at this stage.

  3. / 03

    Coloring & Refinement

    Final linework, coloring, and shading. You'll see progress updates along the way.

  4. / 04

    Delivery

    High-resolution files delivered in your preferred format (PNG, PSD, AI, etc.).

FAQ - Common questions

Still have questions? Reach out — we reply fast.

  • Do you use AI to generate artwork?. Never. Every piece is hand-drawn or hand-edited by a real person. We explicitly reject AI generation tools in our workflow.
  • How long does a commission take?. Depends on complexity. A simple character illustration takes 3–7 days. Full scenes or brand kits may take 1–3 weeks. We always give an estimate upfront.
  • What file formats do you deliver?. PNG (transparent background), JPG, PSD, AI, PDF — whatever your project needs. High-resolution exports are included by default.
  • How does payment work?. 50% deposit before work begins, balance on delivery. We accept bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, and international payment on request.
  • Can I request revisions?. Yes. Each commission includes a set number of revision rounds (specified in the quote). Additional revisions are billed at a small fee.
  • Do you work with international clients?. Absolutely. We take commissions from anywhere in the world. Communication is available in Indonesian and English.
