Privacy Policy - How we handle your data

This page explains what information ILUZTAR Creative Studio ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled. We keep this simple on purpose — we collect the minimum needed to respond to inquiries and run commissions, nothing more.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, project details, service type, and budget range, if you fill in the commission inquiry form.
• IP address — recorded with contact form submissions, used only to prevent spam/abuse (rate limiting), not for tracking or profiling.
• Commission details — if you become a client, we store project information, timelines, and progress updates so you can track your commission via a private status link.
• Local preferences — your language choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not on our servers, purely so the site remembers your preference next visit.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers.
• We don't run third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts on this site.
• We don't use AI tools to process your commission briefs or personal messages.

How your data is used

Contact form submissions are stored in our database and, when email delivery is configured, forwarded to our studio inbox so we can reply to your inquiry. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond responding to your message and, if you commission work, delivering that project.

Third-party services

This site keeps outside services to a minimum — fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third party. The one exception:

• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — the homepage showreel is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com, which limits cookie usage until you interact with the player.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are kept in our admin dashboard so we can reference past conversations. If you'd like your submitted data removed, contact us using the details below and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. This is your right under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and we honor the same standard for clients anywhere in the world.
